Welcome!

As I completed my first Ironman 70.3 event, I shared my vision with my wife. My vision is to help people train for their first triathlon or even prepare for a longer distance race. However, at the same time, learn about Cystic Fibrosis. My wife has CF and is beginning to train for her first race in 2007. The proceeds for the training programs will go towards research at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in hopes for a cure. In the coming months, I will continue to develop my ideas with the aid of my wife's CF doctor at Kaiser in Los Angeles, CA. Together, we hope to develop a great opportunity to help people be able to exercise and train for a race and get educated on CF.
